Terms of use

The design systems

Every system in the gallery is an original reinterpretation inspired by a real interface - never a copy, and never affiliated with the brand it draws from. Each carries its own codename (Halogen, Cinnabar, and so on). You are free to use the generated tokens and components in your own projects.

Acceptable use

Don't abuse the platform, attempt to break access controls, or use it to infringe someone else's rights. We may rate-limit or suspend accounts that do.

Plans, billing and cancellation

Paid plans are not live yet. The pricing on our site describes what the Team plan will cost; there is no checkout and nothing is being charged today. The terms below are the ones that will apply from the moment a plan can be purchased.

• Personal is free - one project, for as long as you want it. No card, no expiry.
• Individual is a subscription - billed monthly in advance, renewing automatically until you cancel. One person, unlimited projects, and everything the free plan does without having to choose which project gets it.
• Team is a subscription - billed monthly in advance, renewing automatically until you cancel. It includes five seats; additional seats are charged at the published per-seat price and are added to the same invoice.
• Changing your plan - adding seats or upgrading takes effect immediately and is charged pro-rata for the remainder of the current period. Removing seats or downgrading takes effect at the start of your next period, so you keep what you paid for.
• Cancelling - you can cancel at any time, from your own account, without contacting us. Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then stops. We do not charge a cancellation fee.
• After cancelling - your systems, versions and history remain in your account, and the free Personal plan continues to apply. Nothing of yours is deleted because a subscription ended.
• If a payment fails - we retry, and your subscription stays active for seven days while we do. After that it reverts to the free plan rather than being deleted, and you can resume it at any time.
• Price changes - if we change the price of a plan you are on, we will tell you at least thirty days before it applies to you, and you can cancel before it does.

Refunds

• Seven days to change your mind - Brazilian consumer law (CDC, art. 49) gives you seven days from the purchase to withdraw from it and receive a full refund, no reason required. This is your right and nothing in these terms reduces it.
• Fourteen days, on our side - beyond that right, we refund any first payment in full within fourteen days of it being made, for any reason. Just ask.
• If we broke something you paid for - if the product fails to do what we sold it to do and we cannot fix it, we refund the period affected. We would rather do that than argue about it.
• Renewals - a renewal that you meant to cancel and forgot is refundable within seven days of the charge. Cancel from your account and email us, and we will return it.

Who takes your payment

When paid plans go live, payments will be handled by a payment provider acting as merchant of record - meaning the provider is the seller on record for the transaction, issues your invoice and handles the applicable taxes. Your card details are given to them, never to us, and we never see or store them. We will name the provider here before the first charge is made.

Availability & changes

Features may change, and the product is under active development, so things can break or move. We'll keep the gallery and CLI working as best we can, but make no uptime guarantees yet.
