Terms of use

The design systems

Every system in the gallery is an original reinterpretation inspired by a real interface - never a copy, and never affiliated with the brand it draws from. Each carries its own codename (Halogen, Cinnabar, and so on). You are free to use the generated tokens and components in your own projects.

Acceptable use

Don't abuse the platform, attempt to break access controls, or use it to infringe someone else's rights. We may rate-limit or suspend accounts that do.

Plans, billing and cancellation

Paid plans are bought through our checkout and billed by Paddle, our merchant of record (see who takes your payment, below). The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

• Personal is free - 3 projects, for as long as you want it. No card, no expiry.
• Individual is a subscription - billed monthly or yearly in advance, depending on the cycle you choose, and renewing automatically until you cancel. One person, unlimited projects.
• Team is a subscription - billed monthly or yearly in advance, renewing automatically until you cancel. It includes five seats; additional seats are charged at the published per-seat price and are added to the same invoice.
• Changing your plan - adding seats or upgrading takes effect immediately and is charged pro-rata for the remainder of the current period. Removing seats or downgrading takes effect at the start of your next period, so you keep what you paid for.
• Cancelling - you can cancel at any time, from your own account, without contacting us. Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then stops. We do not charge a cancellation fee.
• After cancelling - your systems, versions and history remain in your account, and the free Personal plan continues to apply. Nothing of yours is deleted because a subscription ended.
• If a payment fails - Paddle retries the charge, and your subscription stays active while it does. If the retries do not succeed, the subscription ends and your account returns to the free plan rather than being deleted.
• Price changes - if we change the price of a plan you are on, we will tell you at least thirty days before it applies to you, and you can cancel before it does.

Refunds

• Seven days to change your mind - Brazilian consumer law (CDC, art. 49) gives you seven days from the purchase to withdraw from it and receive a full refund, no reason required. This is your right and nothing in these terms reduces it.
• After those seven days - payments are not refundable. Cancelling stops the next charge and keeps your access until the end of the period you already paid for.
• If we broke something you paid for - if the product fails to do what we sold it to do and we cannot fix it, we refund the period affected. We would rather do that than argue about it.
• A refund ends your paid plan immediately - when we refund a payment we also cancel the subscription it paid for, and your account returns to the free plan at once. Your systems, versions and history stay where they are.

Who takes your payment

Payments are handled by Paddle, our online reseller, acting as merchant of record (Paddle.com Market Limited). That means Paddle is the seller on record for the transaction, issues your invoice, handles the applicable taxes and processes refunds. Your card details are given to Paddle, never to us, and we never see or store them.

Availability & changes

Features may change, and the product is under active development, so things can break or move. We'll keep the gallery and CLI working as best we can, but make no uptime guarantees yet.
