Refund policy

Paid plans are not live yet. Nothing is being charged today, so there is nothing to refund. This page is the policy that applies from the moment a plan can be purchased, and it is part of our terms of use.
Seven days to change your mind
Brazilian consumer law (CDC, art. 49) gives you seven days from the purchase to withdraw from it and receive a full refund, no reason required. This is your right, it applies to every purchase made online, and nothing on this page reduces it.
Fourteen days, on our side
Beyond that right, we refund any first payment in full within fourteen days of it being made, for any reason at all. You do not have to explain, and we do not ask.
If we broke something you paid for
If the product fails to do what we sold it to do and we cannot fix it, we refund the period affected. We would rather do that than argue about it.
Renewals you meant to cancel
A renewal that you meant to cancel and forgot is refundable within seven days of the charge. Cancel from your account so it does not happen again, email us, and we return it.
How to ask, and how long it takes
Email massaaki@synthesisui.com from the address on the account. We reply within two business days and approve the refund in the same message when it falls under any of the cases above. The money is returned through the same method you paid with, by our payment provider, and how long it takes to appear on your statement is up to your bank or card issuer - usually five to ten business days.
Cancelling instead
You can cancel at any time from your own account, without contacting us. Cancelling stops the next charge and keeps your access until the end of the period you already paid for - your systems, versions and history stay where they are, and the free plan continues to apply.
